Welcome to your eat to nourish masterclass! I’m Haeli, Registered Dietitian and founder of Okanagan Nutrition.

I am SO excited to have you here and to be able to share with you information and nutrition tips that you can carry with you and incorporate in your day to day life.

I created this Eat to Nourish community so that I could connect with and equip as many of you as possible with the knowledge and practical tips, tricks and tools to help you discover a way of eating more plants that fits with your unique lifestyle and wellness goals.

This course covers every aspect of plant-based eating that every client that I work with asks me about.

As a Registered Dietitian I work with people of all eating patters and health goals. While I do believe that there is no one right diet for everybody, I truly do believe that everyone can benefit from eating more whole, plant foods.

So, whether you're wanting to transition to a fully plant-based diet or you're just wanting to learn how to incorporate more plant foods onto your plate, this is the perfect course for you.
